Shipping Policy

At Revon Attire, we want your beautiful outfit to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Processing Time

• All Orders: All outfits are made to order.Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing and preparation
• Custom/Bridal orders: Since these are made specially for you, processing takes 5–6 weeks depending on the design complexity.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

• Within Pakistan: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We may offer free shipping on select promotions or minimum order amounts — check our homepage for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your order anytime using the "Track Your Order" link in our footer.

5. Delays

• While we try our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or high-demand seasons (like Eid or wedding season).
• We'll keep you updated if your order faces any unexpected delay.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Revon Attire is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
