Welcome to Revon Attire! We pour our heart into creating beautiful, handcrafted dresses for you. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, we have a clear policy to ensure everyone understands how returns and exchanges work. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Important: All customized and made-to-order dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.

1. Customized & Made-to-Order Dresses

We love creating unique ensembles just for you, tailored to your specific requests.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: As these dresses are specially made, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of each piece.
  • Fit Adjustments: Your satisfaction is important to us. If your custom dress doesn’t fit quite right because of a mistake on our part, we’re happy to offer free minor alterations within 7 days of delivery. Just get in touch!

2. Ready-to-Wear Collection

For dresses bought in standard sizes without any special changes:

  • Exchange Only: You can exchange ready-to-wear items within 7 days of receiving them. We don’t offer cash refunds for these items.
  • Condition for Exchange: For an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. If it doesn’t meet these simple rules, we will not be able to process the exchange.
  • Sale Items: All items bought during a sale or promotion are final sale. This means they cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We check every dress carefully before sending it out. But if you receive a dress that is damaged or has a fault:

  • Please tell us within 24 hours of getting your package. Send clear photos of the problem to our customer support team right away.
  • If we confirm the fault, we will happily offer a replacement or repair the item for you at no extra cost.

4. Cancelling Your Order

  • Ready-to-Wear: You can cancel orders for ready-to-wear items within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, our exchange policy applies.
  • Custom Orders: Once you’ve paid a deposit or we’ve started making your custom dress, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping Fees

  • If you’re exchanging an item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us.
  • The original shipping fees paid when you first ordered are non-refundable.
